A note on the work.

Most people talk about AI. I build it — and then I run it in production for enterprise clients across the US, India, and Australia.

Over the past 13 years, I've gone from writing my first lines of .NET code at Cognizant to leading the full technology function at Anvesa — an AI-native, Azure-powered eDiscovery platform serving 15+ enterprise clients globally.

That journey wasn't linear. It was a decade of making hard architectural decisions, rebuilding systems under pressure, learning to lead cross-functional teams, and figuring out what it actually takes to ship intelligent products that work — not in demos, but in production.

On the AI side — I'm not experimenting. I'm building Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, and LLM-powered workflows that are live, used daily, and delivering measurable outcomes for real businesses.

What drives me is the intersection of deep technical craft and real business impact. I care about unit economics, system reliability, and building things that last — not just what's trending.

What I’ve built.

Enterprise AI Platform · eDiscovery

Anvesa — an AI-native eDiscovery platform, built ground-up.

Built from zero to production over seven years. Now serves fifteen enterprise clients across three continents, processing millions of documents daily.

Architected AKS-based distributed systems, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI workflows. Led every layer — from the cloud infrastructure that holds it up, to the product strategy that decides where it’s going next.

§ 05 — Working together

Three ways to work with me.

Available for select consulting and advisory engagements globally. Scope and rate are negotiated per engagement — let’s talk first.

01

Architecture & Build

AI systems, designed and shipped to production.

Design and build production-grade RAG pipelines, Agentic AI workflows, and LLM-powered enterprise applications on Azure. From architecture to deployment — the whole stack, hand-led.

02

Audit & Improvement

Already-running systems, made faster, cheaper, more reliable.

Audit, optimize, and scale existing AI infrastructure. Performance bottlenecks. Cost overruns. Reliability gaps. Brought from "works in demo" to "holds up under enterprise load."

03

Advisory

Strategic counsel for technology leaders.

For CTOs and engineering leaders adopting enterprise AI — architecture reviews, team guidance, and roadmap planning. Pragmatic, board-aware, grounded in production reality.
